Next October was founded with the mission to honor the memory of those who fell on October 7 and in the Iron Swords War - and to build a better future together, driven by the spirit of innovation and resilience that defines Israeli society.
As part of this mission, we warmly welcome and deeply appreciate new ventures, volunteers, and partners.

Next October aims to support the ventures that become part of our community in a variety of ways, to the best of our ability. However, we are a volunteer and donation-based initiative.
Next October bears no responsibility whatsoever for any act or omission by anyone associated with us.

Please note: By joining Next October, each startup fully, finally, and irrevocably waives any claim, demand, or lawsuit against Next October or anyone acting on its behalf.

Furthermore, being supported by Next October does not grant any “immunity” from the various challenges every startup faces. It is solely and fully the startup’s responsibility to prepare and take the necessary measures accordingly - for example (by way of illustration only): securing NDAs with relevant parties to ensure confidentiality, drafting appropriate agreements and financial arrangements, obtaining necessary insurances, and vetting the experience, qualifications, and background of those involved.
Full and exclusive responsibility for all agreements rests with the parties involved.

Mentorship for startups referred to you by Next October is offered on a volunteer (unpaid) basis.

Should you choose to collaborate with a venture beyond the scope of Next October - outside the free mentorship arrangement facilitated by us - you are fully and solely responsible for taking any necessary actions to formalize the relationship. For example: preparing appropriate agreements and financial terms with the venture, and generally taking the precautions typical in any business engagement.
